A Vietnam Veteran Vincent was drafted into the U.S. Army in June of 1966.  Stationed in Vietnam from Dec. of 1966 till Dec of 1967 serving with the 25th Division Division 588th Eng. Bat.  He spent the year as a heavy equipment operator and became a demo specialist working on the Cambodian border, discharging in 1968.

He has lived in New Milford for 35 years with his wife Donna-Marie and has 4 adult children.
